Order Processing

We work hard to dispatch all in-stock orders on the same business day, providing they are placed before 10 am local fulfillment center time.

Once your order is placed, please allow 12 hours and up to 72 hours for our dedicated team to carefully pick, quality check, and securely package your item(s). 

Combined Shipments & Backorders

All orders are sent when all the item(s) on the order are ready in full. This means that if your order contains a pre-order or backorder item, we will wait until that latest item is available before dispatching the entire order.

Peak Periods & Delays

Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates in business days. During peak periods (e.g., major holidays, promotional events) or due to unforeseen circumstances, dispatch and delivery times may take longer than the estimates provided.

We do not dispatch orders on local public holidays or weekends in the region of the fulfillment center.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been transferred to our shipping courier, the package is in the hands of a third-party provider. We understand that courier delays are frustrating. While any issues during transit are beyond our direct control, we are here to help. We can contact the courier on your behalf to investigate and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Important Order Notes

Address Accuracy

It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice any errors or inaccuracies in your address, please contact us immediately. However, once your order has been prepared for shipment, we cannot change personal or delivery information.

Order Modifications

Once the order has been fulfilled and is awaiting shipment, we are unable to make any changes to the items within the order. Once you receive the order, we will happily assist you with an exchange or refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Returned Packages (Incorrect Address)

In cases where a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will promptly contact you for a correction. Please note that an additional re-shipping fee, which must be covered by the customer, will apply for the package to be sent out again.

Disclaimer: If you have provided an incorrect address and the package is subsequently delivered to that address, we are unable to retrieve it and do not assume responsibility for the loss. Please double-check your address information carefully during checkout.

Fraudulent Orders

Orders that are suspected of fraud may be subject to a review process, which could potentially cause delays or lead to the cancellation of the delivery.

30 Day Return Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
